The Eleanor Room

Eleanor was the third daughter, a Latin teacher and basketball coach. The Eleanor Room, or the Blue Room, has a sitting area with windows on the creek-side of the house. This sitting area portion of the room was originally the "sleeping porch" bedroom of Mr. and Mrs. Buchanan. The current bedroom served as a workroom for teachers, gathered around the potbelly stove.

This room has a queen bed and a private bathroom.
